Information bulletin taken from art. 13 of Decree Law 196/2003 – The data supplied by you will be treated, automatically or not, to fulfil this contract, as well as for promotional or statistical reasons. It is obligatory to supply this data; a refusal to supply it may prevent the fulfilment of the contract. This data may be communicated to the heads of the offices concerned and to third parties that carry out the aforesaid activities on behalf of Jacuzzi â itself. The party entitled to use the data is Jacuzzi Europe Spa whose head office is in Valvasone (PN), www.jacuzzi.it and whom you may contact, in the person of its temporary legal representative, to exercise the rights prescribed by art. 7 of Decree Law 196/2003.
