Cleaning and care

For products to stay just as shiny as they are on the first day, it is important to follow some simple maintenance instructions:

The first premise that should be kept in mind when cleaning tapware is that abrasive acid or ammonium-based products must never be used. This type of detergents damages the surface. Always use neutral soaps for cleaning.

Our tapware must always be cleaned with a sponge or cleaning cloth, never with a scouring pad, since these can scratch the finish.

The main problem we face with the surfaces is calcium, which is their main enemy. We can prevent calcium oxide from forming sediments that damage the finish (making them dull) if we clean the surface of the tapware and dry it after each use.

To remove tough calcium deposits using standard cleaning products, follow the instructions for use provided by the detergent manufacturers, with the prescribed dose and indicated exposure time and finish by rinsing with plenty of water to remove any remaining product that might eventually damage the finish.

Do not use spray products, since the mist can penetrate the openings and spaces between the accessories, damaging them.

Our tapware exceeds the requirements of European standard UNE-EN 248 for coatings, Point 5.1 regarding the corrosion resistance test and has been accredited with the corresponding quality certificates.
