Pamesa Ceramica’s commitment to equality of opportunity is reflected in its Equality Committee, which has launched a plan for equal opportunities between women and men.

This plan will be in effect for four years and includes aspects such as equality of opportunities in selection processes, the use of non-sexist language, drawing up a protocol for action to prevent workplace harassment, and raising staff awareness on equality issues.
