ENVIRONMENTAL AND QUALITY POLICY

The Company Management defines its Environmental and Quality policy as “an ongoing improvement in the processes, products and services offered by Keraben Grupo S.A.”

KERABEN GRUPO defines the scope of this policy as the merging of the companies METROPOL S.L. y KERABEN S.A.

The policy consists of the following general principles:

  As a company dedicated to clay atomization as well as to the design, manufacturing and distributing of ceramic tiles and being aware of the high expectations and competitiveness of its industry, KERABEN GRUPO S.A. has placed its main focus in the ongoing improvement of processes, through the constant search of the highest quality in order to fulfill its customers expectations.

KERABEN GRUPO S.A. is determined to comply with the actual legal requirements in regards to Environmental issues as well as other requirements specifically established by the Company.

 KERABEN GRUPO S.A. strengthens the staff members training in environmental issues by the implementation of a specific program at all levels. It also promotes the self-awareness of the employees.

KERABEN GRUPO S.A. is commited to the environment and therefore, undertakes the obligation to record any environmental impact caused by the Company in order to assess that impact and find the way to reverse or minimize it: All Keraben staff members are commited to constant quality improvements and to assess their environmental impact, developing the right mechanisms to properly measure them.

As a service company for the management of non-hazardous waste authorized by recovery.

The Company commitment to our customers in regards to the ongoing improvement in quality and environmental issues, requires the promotion [...]and the compliance with  the preservation an protection measures established by the Management. The company is commited to prevent the environmental impact as far as posible.

The Company´s Environmental and Quality Policy has been communicated to all employees and is available for its review when required.

KERABEN GRUPO S.A., has established its environmental and quality objectives on the basis of these principles.

The Company´s Environmental and Quality policy it has been developed from its Integrated Management System based on the present ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
