Esta función no está documentada actualmente, solamente se encuentra disponible la lista de parámetros.

Poll connections. Disponible sólo con mysqlnd.

reject
sec: Number of seconds to wait, must be non-negative.
usec: Number of microseconds to wait, must be non-negative.

Valores devueltos

Returns number of ready connections in success, FALSE otherwise.
