Establece el color de fondo.

¿Por que no hay una versión rgba? Piense sobre ello, se podría querer que el fondo HTML se viera. Hay una manera de hacerlo, pero sólo funciona en IE4. Busque en el sitio » http://www.macromedia.com/ para detalles.

Parámetros

Estos parámetros son enteros entre 0 y 255 o hexadecimale entre 0x00 y 0xFF:

red: Valor del componente rojo
green: Valor del componente verde
blue: Valor del componente azul

Adding the following parameter to the EMBED tag works for a few browsers or will (maybe) work in future:



wmode="transparent"

If you specify bgcolor in the html tags embedding the flash movie, this command have no effect.



To make setBackground() have an effect, make sure you remove



<param name="bgcolor" value="#ffffff>" />



and remove bgcolor="#ffffff" part from:

<embed src="file.swf" quality="high" bgcolor="#ffffff" ...>

here's how to make the background transparent (IE4 or higher):
