MARAZZI AT CERSAIE
Visitors to the Marazzi Group stand at Cersaie 2009 are welcomed to a display area completely open to the outside. The rocks of the Giants’ Causeway, the famous geological formation on the coast of Northern Ireland, are the inspiration for ceramic and porcelain-clad structures that create a skyline of skyscraper-towers on the Marazzi Group stand designed by Uainot Architetti of Bologna. The towers have been designed and built on an innovative basis that successfully blends the colours, textures, modules, sizes and high technology of the materials developed through painstaking research in the Group’s laboratory.

MARAZZI TECNICA
The towers, completely covered in ceramic tiles from the new Marazzi, Marazzi Técnica and Ragno collections, stand on carpets of tiles and arise from a mirror floor covering where their forms are reflected and duplicated, creating perspective effects that expand and extend space.
Marazzi Tecnica SistemA crystallised porcelain dominates the central area, which also houses the reception and the coffee-bar corner. An illuminated tower inside the area guides visitors towards the groundbreaking project previewed at Cersaie 2009: zer0.4, the new ultra-lightweight, low-thickness porcelain created in the Marazzi research laboratory.
