If you are reading these lines, it may well be that at some point you have had a bad experience in the shower when the hot water did not reach you because somebody in another room of the house was running a tap or flushing the toilet. If that is the case, it means you have a problem with your water pressure.
Here at TRES we manufacture our tapware in accordance with the strictest European standards, ensuring that they work properly. However, this does not necessarily mean that we always achieve an experience or a level of comfort that is to the liking of the consumer.
Sometimes taps don’t work correctly because the pressure in the general water supply to their home is too low, or if there is too much pressure in the cold water, meaning that the hot water does not reach them properly.
The products designed by TRES are capable of operating within a very wide range of pressures. The maximum working pressure is 10 bar, with a minimum pressure without resistance of 0.5, the recommended pressure being 1-5 bar and the optimal or ideal pressure being 3 bar, as recommended by European standards.
If the tapware is still not working properly and is not heating the water like it previously did, or if it is impossible to move the lever, there may be a blockage. If that is the case, we recommend that you dismantle the cartridges, valves, filters or aerators to clean them according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
