At TRES we believe that people are our most important asset for the future, which is why we strive to foster their professional development and future success.

During the month of May TRES was present at various recruitment events hosted by Catalonian universities, at which companies could find suitable job candidates. Within the scope of this innovative and dynamic initiative, the “Escola Superior d’Enginyeries Industrial, Aeroespacial i Audiovisual de Terrassa. ESEIAAT” (School of Industrial, Aerospace and Audiovisual Engineering of Terrassa ESEIAAT) and the “Escola Politècnica Superior d’Enginyeria de Vilanova i la Geltrú” (Technical School of Engineering of Vilanova i la Geltrú) opened their doors to provide a space for interviews and the creation of vital links between future engineers and companies working in the industrial and aerospace sectors.

The main objective of this kind of events is to help people graduating with such degrees find work in the sector, building bridges between higher education and the professional world.

TRES, as a participating company, carried out different interviews every 10-15 minutes, focusing on different job profiles each time, to exchange views with future candidates and fill positions for internships or full time jobs. Interested students were able to provide their CVs and have interviews with the companies in attendance.
