Recognition of quality management and services at TRES Grifería

Thanks to the effort and commitment of the entire team of professionals at TRES, we maintain our certification year after year and have adapted to the new 2015 version of the official “Quality Management Systems UNE-EN-ISO 9001” standard.

Some quality certificates are based on specific national standards, while others are based on international standards, such as ISO 9001. This certificate is granted according to contractual conditions involving periodic external audits of our Quality Management System, which cover the production and assembly of sanitary tapware and complements (shower bars, showers, columns, etc.). The new ISO 9001:2015 standard has brought about some very important changes, the most important of which is the proactive identification and management of risks.

When presenting competitive bids for tender and for large companies, these certificates attest to the fact that the materials used are sturdy, safe and provide tangible benefits that satisfy the end user. They also serve to earn us a higher score than our competitors in the same call for tender. The most important thing, however, is that they help us improve and organise the management of the company and acknowledge the professional work of everything we have done at TRES over the last 45 years.
