Expected behavior The user can scroll the web page on mobile by touching anywhere on the screen.

Actual behavior When the user tries touching the carousel and scrolling the web page up or down, the scrolling commands are not recognized and the web page does not move. Scrolling up and down only works when the user clicks on the white space around the carousel.
