Expected behavior

Access to GitLab after purchase of Vue Pro package

Actual behavior No way to authenticate into GitLab using the email address used during the purchase. I initially did not have the correct password somehow when I attempted to login, and now that I reset it, I am still unable to login because it states I need to confirm my email address (which I was never able to do to begin with).
