The 1.1.0 file listed in the downloads has this issue as of the day of release. When the navbar fix is in place, will the version number change?

There is no issue with the 1.1.0 but with the documentation. We've updated navbar docs so there is no need to update the package itself

I first noticed this issue because I downloaded the 1.1.0 package and saw the issue on a live site. I came back to the site to confirm it wasnt just my install. Since I originally downloaded 1.1.0 on the day it was available, I have downloaded it several times and still continue to not see the hamburger. thanks for your time.

Copy and paste any navbar example from updated docs and see in your local project that everything is fine now.
