Expected behavior

When trying to buy (upgrade to) MDB Advanced, I expect the price to be prorated because I've already purchased MDB Pro Essential.

Actual behavior

MDB Advanced shows up as full price when I add to my cart while logged in. I emailed the Contact email address several days ago but have received no response.
