can not able to access lab

I am mdb5 advance pro members. Id link with logbok@gmail.com.

But I can not able to view labs section source code and demo. It shows me login panel. But I am already logined. When I login then it shows error forbidden and something other error also.

And your site become very slow after buy this packages. What's going wrong with it. I can't understand.
