I want a select for chose an vehicule Liste Image

I have the select, but the list of vehicule slide with the page. Bug/ list slide

This is because you have added position: relative to the html tag. You have to solve the positioning of the elements in such a way as not to change the position for html and body because it can cause problems with other components as well.
