Expected behavior
Dropdown sould open on hover.

Problem
No Documentation provided

Resources (screenshots, code snippets etc.)
I tried these two previously asked questions, but they are not working since they were asked nearly 2 years ago.

And I am not able to figure out how to do it from documentation as well.
The isOpen prop in MDBDropdownMenu is not working.

It's hard to say that but I think is still no resolved. I will try to make a workaround.

I have exacly the same problem and I couldn't figure out a way to do that. I also saw many people asking the same thing.

Does someone have an idea when this issue will be fixed? It would be super helpful for the community.

Yes, we know that. This prop doesn't exist in that component. I added it to our task to do. Probably in the next release but we don't have releases now because we working for another project but we will finish it soon and release will be executed.
