Validation of Select-Fields

Hi I'm enjoying working with MDB (pro), which allowed me to implement a given design in quite little time. Thanks for that! Still, I'm having issues with select-fields and validation. It seems, as if validation works for all textfields, but not for selects. Can you tell me how to implement validation for this input-type? Best, Andy
