SideNav & Wordpress woes

Expected behavior

I copy and paste the code from dashboard pro template 4.7.7 into navbar.inc.php and then it loads and looks pretty.

Actual behavior The top Nav works the SideNav is screwed up - I cant even get it to load without a Wordpress install.

Does your Bootstrap.css load properly? It looks like it's missing. I would tell you more if you'd shared the source code of your theme with me
