Expected behavior

I already bought Boostrap 4 Pro and plugins a long time ago. And I got the mail from you that "We're changing our licensing structure and it affects you " so I bought the MDB-bundle, which cost me $599. But it turns out that all the productions in bundles are already I have. I don't need GitLab access or premium supports. Can you refund my $599?
