Just 4.4.5 is there for download. Any issues?

Its located in the same .zip folder as the 4.4.5 Download again 🙂 – it confused me the first time too…

It works, but still the download area shows only 4.4.5. In the download 4.5 is included. Perhaps you should mention that in the download area. Tnx for the great work and quick response, Michael!
