Limit Search to specific columns

Expected behavior I used the basic table search as mentioned here. I really need to limit the search to some specific columns, or all columns except the last one.

Could anyone point me out how to do that? The changes needed in the JS.

Actual behavior

Currently it's searching through all columns.
