button navbar-toggler has disappeared

Following the basic tutorial I got to the point where the card was added and all worked as expected initially. I then added the navbar code from the Navigation options and that worked fine.

After adding a second card the navbar-toggler button disappeared. Even when I removed the extra code and cleared the browser's cache the button did not reappear. Collapsing the browser window results in the navbar options disappearing altogether!

I tested with different browsers and got the same result!

Hi. Please create a snippet with a code that doesn't work for you. I'll check what's going on.

Thanks for your kind offer and for taking an interest. I found that the problem occurred when I tried to change the backgound colour of the navbar to a bespoke colour. I've now worked out how to do it. Thanks again!
