Expected behavior: Fontawesome icons (checkmarks and crosses), should be displayed on the stepper module

Actual behavior: Icons are showing up as empty squares.

Resources (screenshots, code snippets etc.):

In our stepper component, the checkmarks and warnings do not show up on the mdb website, the checkmarks and warnings show up for jquery on the mdb website, the checkmarks and warnings do not show up for angular

Please use the scss part from the Stepper with icons example to add icons to your steppers.

We'll correct the live examples in our docs.
