Topic: GITLAB ISSUES - i wait response ... more then few month
Dear MDB!
There are more than 10 issues above on the gitlab, including several months old and not a single response! When I bought it, it wasn’t advertised and by the way, I can’t find a part that wouldn’t have something wrong with it.

Do they want to do these in the foreseeable future or will they refund the price of the PRO package?
We try to answer in the GitLab/Github/Stack Overflow issues as often as we can, however, the top priority is always the topics posted on our support forum. If you would like to report an urgent issue, please consider creating a new topic in the Angular category.

Can I only buy premium support separately? If so, why would it be worth it to me? Would bug fixes come faster?

Thank to premium support your topic will be checked first, before other support tickets, but it's not possible to buy it separately. The priority of fixing bugs is set according to their impact on the library.
