so where are the documents for each component, for example how can I make the multi card carousel to have 4 cards per slide instead of 3?

We have described every necessary example in our docs. The multi-item carousel with three slides is in our Multi-item carousel docs from default.

If you want to change the number of carousel items in each slide, please read my answer on this ticket.
