Extending the beauty of ceramic tiles from the interior to the exterior is now possible thanks to technological developments in non-slip floor tiles and the wide range of finishes included in the new Duplo collection, with a choice of styles, tones and materials, ideal for planning and creating settings in line with the latest trends in interior design.

The result is three new exciting series: Duploverd, ceramic tiles that could well be mistaken for wood. All the knots and veining you would expect to see in real wood are featured in this series, created in Scandi tones that are perfect for creating rustic-style settings in sitting rooms, terraces and kitchens. Duplostone, with its patterns, textures and colours, reflects all the beauty of natural stone. Duplocem is cement effect serie that is the ideal choice for more contemporary, minimalist spaces.
]]>Shifting the focus from minimalism to mighty force of geology makes for an interior design trend guaranteed to get heads turning. Dramatic interior is a trend with an essentially neoclassical influence, inspiring spaces with natural marble and stone effects. Stone hewn from the world’s most prestigious quarries are the origins of this trend, characterised by marble effect designs featuring sophisticated patterns and bright and beautiful colours which, together with the precious stone effects, will become the focal point of any room.
In an evocation of luxury and elegance, interior design creates dramatically theatrical spaces, applying state-of-the-art technologies and designs with granilla (a granular glaze) to reposition ceramic tiles at the forefront of contemporary interior design and decoration.

Subtle shading, veining and glossy effects are the hallmarks of eight series that together form a collection known as CR. LUX, the quintessence of the trend defined above. Two black marble effect series – Canfranc and Iliria – feature designs in the blackest of blacks and purest of whites; Ossola, with its blue and lavender tones recreates the dainty motifs of classic Palissandro marble; Laurants, all the tradition of Saint Laurants is reflected in a series characterised by fine golden veining that stands out against a darker cacao tone background; true to its name, Iceberg reflects the purity of white offset by large grey veining interspersed with maroon, for tiles in bold and forceful tones; Kionia, straight from the island of Panormus, is a series in shades of aquamarine that fills any space with a sense of harmony and vitality; and finally Danae, a series that extols the beauty of the precious agate stone, where crystalline blue forms a background for golden and brown waves, creating a decorative jewel.

Available in 120 x 120 and 120 x 60 slabs, together they are the brightest stars in the constellation thanks to their principal feature: granilla (a granular glaze) the key ingredient that creates an amazing sense of depth, once the tiles have been polished. Superb designs combined with cuttingedge technical features that together allow for stunning visual impacts and clever plays on colour that will look fabulous in any room where wall or floor tiles are a core decorative element
]]>Hexagons, hearts, stars, lines and a special Provence floral pattern all feature in these bold new designs, which the prestigious designer has presented today at Cevisama accompanied by the Pamesa Group President, Fernando Roig, and the Pamesa Group General Director, José Manuel Llaneza, and Pamesa Ceramica General Director, César Pérez.
Agatha raised great expectations among the public in attendance.
]]>The Cr. Lux collection now features in the Materia catalogue
On this occasion, Pamesa has recreated the outdoor terraces of a market at street level, with a modern industrial aura. Surrounding this big central area, with live music and spots for chilling out, are the Atrium and Universe galleries, the world of Jubilee, and Cromat House (an artist’s home filled with a multitude of designs, colours and materials that cannot fail to draw all eyes wherever they are used). The star features of Cromat House are its 120x120cm large-format tiles from the Cr. Lux collection, conspicuous for their captivating designs. Four new marbles have also been added to the Cromat range: Cr. Arno, a reinterpretation of classic Bianco Pisa marble in two different versions (oxide and blue); Cr. Scandic, a new take on Swedish granite; Cr. Desert, a tribute to Jordanian marble, whose fine dark discontinuous veins stand out against a creamy white background; and Cr. Nuvole, a Sardinian marble that is all set to win over even the most discerning souls.

Universe expands with new large formats
In Universe’s galleries, in addition to Es. Hesse (a cement-effect model in an extra-large 75x150cm format), Pamesa will be presenting two new series worthy of special note. The first is made up of a selection of 33.3x100cm marble and cement designs, accompanied by decors and relief tiles, all in a slimline thickness to make them easier to lay, without relinquishing their outstanding technical properties. The second is Duplo, a floor tile series in a stone, cement or wood finish with wide-ranging possibilities, featuring models for indoors and out to ensure visual continuity. The world of Jubilee is continuing the grow with the incorporation of Queensbury and Kingsbury: two new strikingly-coloured designs in a hexagonal format that will take you on a journey into the heart of mid-century London. Jubilee is synonymous with modern designs, unpretentious finishes, functionality and geometrical shapes, inviting you to test it out, play around and dare to be bold, thanks to its endless possibilities and effects.

Atrium explores the potential of colour
In Atrium’s galleries, special emphasis has been placed on rhythm, volume and dynamism as a means of breaking away from monotony, using amazing patterns and designs and colours that range from creamy coffee to deep ocean blue. Atrium now features new marble, cement and wood finishes, conceived to guarantee a strong touch of personality wherever they are used.

]]>Accompanied by Jorge Bauset, Pamesa’s Director General, and her daughter Cósima Ramírez, Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada was the immediate focus of attention. She paused, in particular, to look at a setting whose walls and floors were decorated in the “25×50 Líneas”, “25×50 Lunares” and “31.6×31.6 Arcoiris” series, with a big red heart as a focal point made with tiles from the “25×25 Agatha Coeur” series.
Pamesa and Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada–two major names from the design world–are celebrating a collaborative relationship spanning over 20 years, famous for its bright colours, highly original relief textures and fascinating shapes conceived to make an impression on absolutely everyone.
]]>Rome – Milan, September 2019
Pamesa Cerámica (www.pamesa.com) will be presenting all its latest new wall and floor tiles at Cersaie (stand B19-C20, hall 14, Fiera di Bologna, from September 23rd to 27th), with new extra-large formats and an extensive choice of innovative unique solutions conceived to meet the latest design trends.

Among its new innovations, Pamesa Ceramica will be showcasing its latest technological developments, thanks to a collaborative initiative with AmbiensVR, an Italian start-up and leader in 3D rendering software and real-time services. Virtual reality, augmented reality and multi-platform apps have all been united in the presentation of digital solutions developed for marketing, showroom and customer sales activities.
The technical sales team, made up of skilled staff from Pamesa Ceramica and the sales managers of AmbiensVR’ Spanish office, will be at clients’ disposal at the fair to demonstrate the apps’ functionalities.
Pamesa Cerámica has been immersed in a process of technological development for some time now, one which is leading to big changes in the industry and in the design of how architectural and interior design projects are implemented.
Thanks to Pamesa’s forward-looking vision and AmbiensVR’s new developments, a new marketing channel has been created for ceramics tiles in building and design, uniting designers and distributors in order to meet end consumers’ needs, thanks to a cloud-based system that links sales networks and users with all the proposed services and apps.
Given the imminent mass introduction of 5G data networks and advances in virtual viewing tools, like the new autonomous wireless Oculus Quest system, Pamesa Cerámica is even more prepared to tackle the new challenges and opportunities that innovations in digital devices offer.
In the words of Veronica Vecci and Ennio Pirolo, the founders of AmbiensVR, “Thanks to this collaborative initiative, our company has strengthened its position in the Italian market and boosted its internationalization in Spain, the gateway to an extensive growing Spanish-speaking market.”
The JUBILEE collection has revived this trend, taking contemporary mid-century London styles as its reference, with modern designs, unpretentious finishes, functionality and geometric shapes. With this collection, classic elegant models like KILBURN or WATERLOO can be combined with bold ones in hexagonal formats or border tiles. In JUBILEE’s bid to incorporate natural looks, wood was chosen as a distinguishing feature, as illustrated by GREEN PARK. This highly original tile model pays tribute to the warmth of wood in addition to its texture, veins and geometries.

Colour is by no means a secondary feature of the collection. Instead it acts as a leitmotif, playing an important sensory role and helping to ensure harmonious end results. This is the case of BOND ST MULTICOLOR, a model whose lines can be used to different chromatic effect depending on how the tiles are laid. In contrast, MAYFAIR is made up of five monochrome hexagonal tiles: Navi, a restful-looking model; Grana, conceived to add a chic touch to settings; Vert, conspicuous for its serenity and innovative appeal; Ocre, with a warmth and luminosity perfect for adding a special touch of colour;and Grafito, with a sobriety and elegance that is wholly British.

This trend takes advantage of juxtaposed materials and patterns and so JUBILEE combines different sources of inspiration, with woods, hexagons, border tiles decorated with tactile relief textures, cement surfaces in innovative formats (as is the case of LAMBETH), stracciatella effects in pastel shades (in the case of CARNABY) or interpretations of classic Delft pottery in the case of SLOANE. These are the star features of a collection that goes one step beyond: a collection that invites you to test out different possibilities, to take risks and to play around. JUBILEE is a collection with broad potential and endless possible effects.
A series full of magic that you can discover at Cersaie, Bologna Fiere: HALL 14, STAND B19-C20.
]]>Cromat: Designs that stretch into infinity
At Cersaie, Pamesa will be presenting the new models in the Cromat collection, with designs inspired by nature. The leitmotif to this collection are four differing marbles: Cr Illusion, a Turkish marble with eye-catching sinuous veins; Cr Badab, a model that emulates the beauty of traditional Travertine marble; Cr Bracciano, a marble with a classical background and wild soul; Cr Pisa, a tribute to the timeless appeal of Macchia Vecchia marble; and lastly, Cr Skyros, a breath of fresh Greek air. In the case of Cadmiae, the latest addition to the Koncept collection, colour plays a key role. A series with minimalist influences, it stands out for its carefully coordinated oxide shades.
Universe: mid-century charm
Universe echoes the latest trends in design, combining large formats with small ones, flat tiles with volumetric ones, and plain colours with geometrical patterns. Pamesa Cerámica shows off its innovative potential through four white-body wall tiles that combine neutral-coloured field tiles with relief patterns and shapes conceived to put an end to monotony by bringing a new distinctive appeal to settings.
The star feature of this collection is JUBILEE, made up of a total of nine designs that take us back to mid-century London. A series conspicuous for its modern designs, unpretentious finishes, functionality and geometrical patterns, Jubilee invites to you to boldly test out their endless possibilities and effects. Old Manor, on the other hand, pays tribute to English oak and the warmth of wood in a choice of two formats: a 90x90cm rustic-look format inspired by marquetry and a 25x150cm one. A more industrial style is assured by Es. Omnia, a series that reflects Brutalist aesthetics, while Es. Forvm celebrates tiles’ tactile properties through a relief surface in a 30x90cm format.
Visit Pamesa’s stand at Cersaie (stand B19-C20 in hall 14 of Bologna Fiere). The latest additions to our wall and floor tiles, insights into our forward-looking technology, and VIP visitors to the company all await you at our stand.
]]>Add a soft touch: As we have already seen, among the latest trends for 2019 (such as #SoftHeritage), soft pastel colours are all the rage. By choosing tiles like those in the SMART collection for kitchens and bathrooms, relaxing settings can be created with a warm homely feel, while also ensuring an attractive luminous appearance: a look that will never become out of date.

Separate settings visually: New trends in interior design give priority to spacious open-plan designs. Within these rooms, different areas can be defined by combining varying styles, sizes and designs. For instance, cement tiles from the ART or DECO collection can be used to differentiate certain areas of the bathroom or for the transition from the kitchen to the living area.

Stracciatella looks: Classic terrazzo looks have made a comeback in new reinvented style. This type of design stands out for its uniformity and visual continuity, particularly if large 90×180 or 120×120 formats are chosen from our CR CEPPO or CR GRANSASSO series. By combining them with other finishes, like wood, chic living spaces can be given a distinctive new allure.

Just like real wood: Wood fanatics in search of something really long-lasting should opt for ceramic wall or floor tiles that reproduce all the beauty and charm of the genuine article. Porcelain tiles like ES NERA 25X150 imitate wood to perfection in a variety of formats and colours.

Urban hues: Brutalism Style is an emerging new trend that takes raw materials as its source of inspiration, focusing on all their attractions and essential qualities. Its star protagonist is cement in neutral colours able to bring added spaciousness to living spaces. When cement looks are combined with high-quality woods and certain vintage decorative features, living spaces with a warm cosy feel can be achieved. One prime example is the ES ESSEN collection.
